                                                              SANDY II – Tennis Sand Spreader
                                                              The new SANDY II was checked fundamentally and it makes  the new sanding of
                                                              the spring maintenance much more effective. Two helpers for the supply and half
                                                              an hour time are sufficient in order to be able to spread the clay carpet like sand
                                                              evenly distributed in one operation. SANDY II is easy to operate by hand and it is
                                                              able to take a maximum volume of  ca. 120 clay. With its size of ca. 1000 x 500 x
                                                              600 mm it is very handy and has got an ideal weight of 50 kg.
                                                              The working size is 990 mm.
                                                              The functional device for spreading clay  was developed by experts and has been
                                                              proven effectively on various courts. Even on uneven ground you get a complete-
                                                              ly smooth surface, which only has to be machined with a dragnet.

                                                              Clay Court Cutter USP 10
                                                              It actually borders on witchcraft when you find out at what time and with what
                                                              precision spring overhauls are now carried out with this special milling machine.
                                                              Until now, groundskeeper and members had to laboriously remove the used
                                                              brick dust by hand. Often too little material was removed. Tennis court surfaces
                                                              were getting thicker and more impermeable. With the USP 10 tennis court mil-
                                                              ling machine, these problems are easily solved! The exact height adjustment is
                                                              done by hand with 2 wing screws. It can be done independently on both sides.
                                                              With this device, the milling depth can be determined with millimeter precision.
                                                              The milled material is ejected in strips and can be shoveled into wheelbarrows
                                                              with little effort. The power of the 5.5 HP Honda motor ensures that the work
                                                              with the USP 10 tennis court milling machine is absolutely even, so that the
                                                              courts remain level or become flat again. Thanks to a comprehensive service
                                                              network, the maintenance and repair of the quietly running engine is guaranteed
                                                              everywhere. The USP 10 tennis court milling machine rolls at the front on 2 inde-
                                                              pendently mounted roller bodies. As a result, the pressure is evenly distributed
                                                              so that it hardly sinks in, even when the places are defrosted in spring. The rear,
                                                              profile-free solid rubber wheels and the low weight make the device extremely
                                                              agile and mobile. The USP 10 tennis court milling machine fits through any ac-
                                                              cess door and can easily be operated by one person.
