Maintenance + Care
SANDY II – Tennis Sand Spreader
The new SANDY II was checked fundamentally and it makes the new sanding of
the spring maintenance much more effective. Two helpers for the supply and half
an hour time are sufficient in order to be able to spread the clay carpet like sand
evenly distributed in one operation. SANDY II is easy to operate by hand and it is
able to take a maximum volume of ca. 120 clay. With its size of ca. 1000 x 500 x
600 mm it is very handy and has got an ideal weight of 50 kg.
The working size is 990 mm.
The functional device for spreading clay was developed by experts and has been
proven effectively on various courts. Even on uneven ground you get a complete-
ly smooth surface, which only has to be machined with a dragnet.

Clay Court Cutter USP 10
It actually borders on witchcraft when you find out at what time and with what
precision spring overhauls are now carried out with this special milling machine.
Until now, groundskeeper and members had to laboriously remove the used
brick dust by hand. Often too little material was removed. Tennis court surfaces
were getting thicker and more impermeable. With the USP 10 tennis court mil-
ling machine, these problems are easily solved! The exact height adjustment is
done by hand with 2 wing screws. It can be done independently on both sides.
With this device, the milling depth can be determined with millimeter precision.
The milled material is ejected in strips and can be shoveled into wheelbarrows
with little effort. The power of the 5.5 HP Honda motor ensures that the work
with the USP 10 tennis court milling machine is absolutely even, so that the
courts remain level or become flat again. Thanks to a comprehensive service
network, the maintenance and repair of the quietly running engine is guaranteed
everywhere. The USP 10 tennis court milling machine rolls at the front on 2 inde-
pendently mounted roller bodies. As a result, the pressure is evenly distributed
so that it hardly sinks in, even when the places are defrosted in spring. The rear,
profile-free solid rubber wheels and the low weight make the device extremely
agile and mobile. The USP 10 tennis court milling machine fits through any ac-
cess door and can easily be operated by one person.
